This policy describes how Noctua Care handles personal information collected through the website www.noctua.care. The Noctua Care app handles health information and has its own privacy policy. The two are separate documents.

What we collect and why
Only the signup form asks about your health, and only if you choose to fill it in. The contact form and email are not built for it, so please do not send health information there. Neither one is a route to care. In an emergency, call 911.
The forms on this site, whether an enquiry or a signup, are built and processed with Tally, our form provider. Your answers are stored with Tally and passed from there to the team at Noctua Care. They are deleted from Tally after a year.
Answering your enquiry

- Kept for: 12 months
Measuring and improving the site
- Data: pages viewed, time on page, device, country, pseudonymous identifier

- Kept for: 13 months at most

Who receives it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is accessible to authorised people at Noctua Care and to the following processors, each under a written data processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States) — website hosting, served from the Paris region (cdg1)
- Tally (Tally BV, Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 11, 9000 Ghent, Belgium) — collecting and processing the forms on this site, enquiries and signups, stored in the European Union
- Customer.io (Peaberry Software Inc., 921 SW Washington Street, Suite 820, Portland, Oregon 97205, United States) — sending the newsletter, handled in the European region of Customer.io
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — audience measurement, only after you consent
- Contentsquare (Content Square SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) — behavioral analysis, only after you consent
International transfers
Some of these tools may transfer data outside the European Union, including to the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, an adequacy decision. Declining analytics cookies prevents them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, its correction or deletion, a restriction on how we use it, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and does not affect what was done beforehand.
Write to contact@noctua.care and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — for Noctua Care that is the CNIL in France.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure: we take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we receive any, we delete it.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page along with the date it took effect.
