How it works

Noctua Care supports you after a heart attack or with coronary artery disease. We guide you individually so your heart health improves for the long term.

Your journey with Noctua Care

Feeling alone, unsure where to start, overwhelmed? We help.

After discharge, almost nobody knows what to do first. Noctua Care is the hand that guides you through it, step by step and at your own pace.

  • Week 6

    Eating Mediterranean

Shopping and meals you will actually cook. Not a diet.

    Understanding your risk factors

What can I change, and what should I watch? We help you make a start.

  • Week 8

    More stamina, step by step

Your walking program builds week by week. Being able to talk is the whole rule.

  • Week 9

Keeping an eye on blood pressure

Measuring it properly at home, so the numbers mean something at your next appointment.

  • Week 10

    Back to your life

Work, driving, travel, sex: what becomes possible again, and when.

  • Week 11

    Managing strain long term

Noticing strain early and steadying it, with five-minute exercises.

  • Week 12

    Looking ahead

A clear summary of these three months for your next appointment.

A day in the app

Use it entirely as you prefer, with no pressure at all. A few minutes do more than you think.

  • Morning

    Your plan for the day

Every day the app has something new for you: tips and tricks for reaching your goals.

  • During the day

    Get moving

A walk, a seated exercise or simply a moment to unwind. We help you reach your goal.

  • Evening

    Feedback and review

How the day went, how you feel. Reflect on your goals and track your progress.

How François found a new rhythm

François has been using Noctua Care since his heart attack. The app helped him build a routine again and feel a little more independent each day.

His morning starts with a medication reminder and a look at what's ahead today. At lunch he reads a short lesson, on what his blood pressure actually means, for instance. And when there's time after work, he does a short exercise session or takes a few minutes to meditate.

Three months on, it's simply part of his day.

I recommend it to fellow patients to manage their condition.

François

The program

Your support

Noctua Care offers a personalized program covering everything that matters to you.

  • Emotional balance and sleep

Anxiety after a heart attack is common, and you can't reason your way out of it.

    How it works

    • Breathing and relaxation exercises of five to ten minutes, done sitting down.
    • A one-tap daily mood check, with a trend you can see over weeks.
    • Content on fear of another event, broken sleep, and how to talk about it with the people around you.
  • Adapted physical activity

The most effective lever you have, and the one people back away from at home.

    How it works

    • A starting point set by what you can do right now, never by a norm.
    • Walking and strength sessions that step up week by week.
    • Simple ways to judge effort, and the warning signs that mean stop and call for help.
  • Nutrition and cholesterol

A way of eating you can still be doing in ten years.

    How it works

    • Real meals and grocery lists, built on a Mediterranean pattern.
    • What your cholesterol medication is doing, and why your target is set by your cardiologist and nobody else.
    • Salt, alcohol, packaged food: what actually matters, and what isn't worth losing sleep over.
  • Medication adherence

Treatment doesn't end on the day you start feeling better.

    How it works

    • Your prescription entered once, then reminders at times you choose.
    • What each class of medication does, in one plain sentence: antiplatelet, statin, beta blocker.
    • A place to log side effects and bring them to your doctor, instead of stopping the medication on your own.
  • Personalized pathway

Two patients don't get the same program, even after the same heart attack.

    How it works

    • A short intake: type of event, how long ago, risk factors, whether you completed rehab.
    • Module order and session intensity adjust to that profile.
    • The program keeps adjusting as you go, based on what you do and what you report.

Common questions

About the program itself

That's how it's designed, because each stage builds on the one before. But nothing is locked: if food is your main worry, you can open that module in week one.

The program picks up where you left off.

Yes, and the combination works well. Rehab supervises the effort; the app covers the days in between and the months after your sessions end. Just tell your rehab team you're using it.

About ten minutes on average, not counting the activity session. Some days it's just confirming your medications, and that alone is worth doing.

No. Everything works with the phone alone. If you have a cuff or a watch you can enter your numbers, but nothing requires it.

Yes. The app produces a summary of your activity, medication tracking and readings that you can show or export before a visit. You decide what you share.

The program continues, with a new focus: staying with it for the long term. Every day brings something new.

No. The app is free for patients, and no credit card is asked for.

We're rolling out US access in stages. Joining the waitlist holds your place and gets you a message the moment your access is ready. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

A few questions about your situation, and you're on the list. We'll reach out as soon as your access is ready.
