PARIS / BORDEAUX, July 2024. Noctua Care has joined Station [e]-Santé, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Tiers-Lieu d’Expérimentation for digital health solutions, to conduct its DiSuACS research project.

Station [e]-Santé operates under the France 2030 “Tiers-lieux d’expérimentation en milieu de santé” scheme, supported by the State and operated by the Caisse des Dépôts. The programme exists to address a structural problem for digital health companies: evidence is required to enter the hospital, but generating that evidence requires hospital access in the first place.

Station [e]-Santé has supported DiSuACS from submission onward, providing help with structuring, partner coordination, and the definition of a rigorous experimental protocol. Concretely, the site enabled Noctua Care to formalise its need for real-world experimentation, identify appropriate experimental settings, integrate healthcare professionals into the co-construction of the content delivered through the application, and evaluate the conditions under which the application is effective.

Two experimentation sites have been identified: CHU de Bordeaux, under the coordination of Dr Julien Doublet, and CH de Pau, under Dr Raphaël Lasserre.

DiSuACS evaluates the effectiveness, acceptability and impact of the Noctua Care solution in post-infarction patients.
