You can use the Noctua Care apps for as long as you desire. They do not have a usage limit. The programs in the apps offer numerous 12-week programs which are extendable. It is important to understand that our programs are designed for long-term behavioural change accompanied by an improvement of your risk factors. To solidify your initiated improvements, we recommend that you consider extending the programme after the first 12 weeks. Each 12-week program follows a different individualised goal.
